The Alsane News Service is now able to declare Toby Syers the winner of the Flinders seat, after a two-thirds turnout so far has demonstrated 100% support for the Flindersian candidate. This also likely means that Flinders’ capital will move to West Sandal, the residence of Syers.

Meanwhile, Breadfold and del Kersika are continuing to see even results, drawing at 3 each at writing. The referendum is also seeing more shifts, as the red/three stars proposal draws its first vote and sits now at one-third support. Also at one third is a no vote to emergency powers for the Officer-General, an increase, while opposition to a constitutional convention has dropped to the same level.

A second vote in now after two and a half hours, this time from Flinders. We are seeing initial support for Flindersian candidate Toby Syers, who has now taken a third of the overall available vote. This was a second vote also for the orange/three stars flag design, now holding just over 15% of the total available vote as turnout reaches the same number. The primary surprise at this point is the equal opposition and support for establishing constitutional codes.
